Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FrameYourHouse collects, why we use it, and how it supports image creation, payment, delivery, and customer support.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create and deliver your order, including your email address, uploaded photo, selected style, generated result, chosen product format, order details, and, for canvas orders, shipping information. If you contact support, we also collect the information included in your message and any images you attach.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. FrameYourHouse does not store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, fraud prevention data, and other information needed to process the transaction.

3. How we use information

We use your information to create image previews, generate the final artwork, process payments, deliver digital files, create canvas orders, send order updates, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the website, and comply with legal or tax obligations.

4. Service providers

We share information with trusted providers when needed to operate the service. This may include OpenAI for image generation, Stripe for payments, Supabase for order storage, Resend for transactional emails, and Printify or print partners for physical canvas fulfillment.

5. Image files and retention

Uploaded photos, generated previews, and final purchased files may be stored so we can complete the order, provide the download link, answer support questions, and keep purchase records. Download links may expire after a limited period. You can contact us to request deletion of non-essential image files, but some order records may need to be kept for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.

6. Security

We use server-side API keys, private storage where appropriate, and payment processing through Stripe. No website can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access to customer files and keep sensitive credentials out of public browser code.

7. Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some requests may be limited if the information is required to complete an order, prevent fraud, comply with law, or maintain accounting records.

8. International processing

FrameYourHouse may use providers and infrastructure located in different countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
