These terms explain how FrameYourHouse works, what customers can expect, and what is required when using the service.

1. What FrameYourHouse provides
FrameYourHouse lets customers upload a photo of a home and create a personalized artwork using selected visual styles. Depending on the chosen format, the final result may be delivered as a digital file, a stretched canvas, or a framed canvas. Canvas orders also include a digital version available by download link and email.
2. Photos and customer content
You must only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. By uploading a photo, you give FrameYourHouse permission to process it, create previews, generate the final artwork, store order files, and fulfill your purchase. You are responsible for making sure your uploaded image does not violate another person's rights.
3. Artwork results
The service uses image generation tools to create artwork from your uploaded photo. We try to preserve the structure and recognizable details of the home, but generated images can contain artistic differences. You should review your selected preview before checkout.
4. Orders, payment, and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Digital files are made available by download link after payment confirmation and are also delivered by email. Physical canvas orders are currently shipped within the United States only and are produced through print-on-demand partners. Delivery times can vary by destination, production capacity, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.
5. Customer information
You agree to provide accurate contact, email, and shipping information. If a shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the order may be delayed, returned, or impossible to deliver. For physical products, shipping details may be shared with fulfillment partners to produce and deliver the order.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content. You may not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the image generation system.
7. Intellectual property
FrameYourHouse owns the website, branding, design, and software. You keep the rights you already have in your original photo. After payment, you may use your purchased final artwork for personal use, gifts, home decor, and non-commercial sharing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Changes to the service
We may update prices, styles, product options, print partners, or website features at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed.
